SPANY and BCPA Release Final 2026 Medicare Advantage Rates for Municipal Employers Across New York
The Statewide Purchasing Alliance of New York (SPANY), in partnership with the Broome County Purchasing Alliance (BCPA), is pleased to announce its finalized 2026 Medicare Advantage and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) plan rates in collaboration with Excellus BlueCross BlueShield.
These finalized offerings are the result of SPANY’s ongoing commitment to transparent pricing, long-term rate stability, and exceptional retiree coverage for public-sector employers throughout New York State.
